Chocolate ...Good for You!






A recent study carried out in Germany has found that eating chocolate may be good for your heart. CNN has also made a video about the health benefits of this delicious food. All this is great news for all chocolate lovers who have now one more reason not to resist the temptation and buy a box next time they go out.
What do you think of this sweet habit? Are you a sweet tooth? How much chocolate do you usually eat?

  1. I love chocolate. Knowing some of the health benefits of chocolate makes us eat it feeling less guilty. The only problem is that it makes you get fat. However, in Brasília a researcher created a chocolate that causes weight loss. What a great discovery.

  2. I like to eat chocolate, but I know they have a lot of calorie and i try to compensate in my physical activities and try to eat on special days like Easter and Valentines day. I believe that many people have difficulties to control the compulsion for chocolate, because the chocolate cause much pleasure to some. best regards, Augusto Rabelo (Top Flex 8).

  6. The kind of chocolate that causes gain loss can be prescribed by a nutricionist or found at a compounding pharmacy. I would like to taste one of them someday.

  7. Chocolate is magic. I´m not a chocoholic but there are days when nothing else can compare. It also has great pedagogical qualities - 97.3% students learn better when eating it! (Don´t you just love made-up percentages?)
